Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.

Listing Information and No Brokerage Relationship

The Service aggregates commercial listing information, floor plans, price estimates, broker contacts, and other data from public sources and third-party materials. This information is provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. AI-generated estimates, including price-per-square-foot and payment breakdowns, are approximations and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, or professional advice.

Square Scout is not a real-estate broker, agent, or party to any transaction. Using the Service does not create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship. You should independently verify all listing details and consult qualified professionals before making any leasing or financial decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Square Scout and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of commercial spaces.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data is accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Square Scout and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Square Scout and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
